The second sub-scheme, 'Estate buildings', has 42 drawings mostly dating from 1792 to 1794. 1 to 8 are designs for a hothouse, dating from August 1792 to May 1793. 9 to 13 are designs for cottages, dated April 1793 and September 1794. 14 to 16 are for a water reservoir (Castello d'acqua), with working drawings from July 1793 and a presentation drawing from 1800. 17 to 24 are drawings for the entrance screen, some dated January 1794. 25 to 31 are presentation drawings showing variant designs for a dairy, datable to July 1794. 32 to 38 are drawings for the farm yard, dated May to July 1794, and a later working drawing for the barn. 39 is a presentation drawing P.
