Designs for alterations to the house, c1768-72, unexecuted (5)
Notes
These designs for remodelling the older fabric of the house were produced following those for the church, and although they were not executed, they rather nicely echo the design for the exterior of St Andrew's. It is likely that the drawings were made before Adam began his next project for Sir Harbord Harbord in 1772, at his town house on Albermarle Street.
