Inscription note: Line 2: the PR following his name might stand for pr(aetor), pr(aefectus), or pr(ocurator).
C. Varius Iulius Proculus was a senator in AD 109.

Inscription translation: Of Caius Varius Pompilius(?) Iulius Proculus, son of Caius, praetor(?).
