In the background, beyond the proposed palace, is a sweeping view of London from St Paul's Cathedral (top left0 to the Palace of Westminter.
There is also a sketch of a bird's-eye-view of the Palace (slightly variant design) see Vol 83/67, dated April 15th 1836 so later.
