Curatorial note

Full Scale. When in October 1805 it was decided to widen the large passage to the north of the Pay Hall, various offices were rebuilt. Among these was the Discount Office together with the adjoining lobby. This model is a study for the Ionic capitals of this lobby which was completed by June 1806.
