This is the later issue with eight extra pages (pp. 189--96) covering the events in June 1794, following Admiral Howe's victory over the French fleet off Quiberon Bay known as the 'Glorious First of June', the first and largest naval engagement of the French Revolutionary Wars, 1793--1815.
