The imprint is false; probably printed in Paris (Weller). Volume VI has title: Memoires de Madame Du Noyer, écrits par elle-même pour servir de suite à ses lettres. Tome sixième, without the edition statement. Madame Du Noyer was of Huguenot origin but returned to France, abjured and married a Catholic before fleeing again to Utrecht; she was embroiled in Voltaire's life when she refused his offer of marriage to her daughter. See R.R. Connell, Fiction and reality in the 'Mémoires` of the notorious Anne-Marguerite Petit du Noyer, Tübingen: Gunter Narr Verlag, 1999. Some errors in pagination; the last page of vol. VI misnumbered 350; the two blank leaves before the final number-sequence in this volume are part of the gathering (sig. X11 and 12). ESTC n19327.
