The Greek text of the epic poem Argonautica by Apollonius of Rhodes is followed by the Latin translation. Volume II contains the notes and indices. Leaf Cccc2 at the end of the index and preceding the appendix is blank. ESTC t133192.

Copy Notes Bought from Thomas Boone on 4 March 1807 for 1 guinea. (Spiers Box). With Boone's pencil codes on the second front free-endpaper. Bookplate attached to verso of first free end-paper with engraved monogram 'RW' within oval cartouche.

Binding Two volumes bound in one. Late C18th or early C19th tree calf, gilt-tooled borders, gilt-panelled spine, red morocco spine-label, marbled endpapers.
