Address to the reader signed 'Nicola Piazzani' who is also named among the cast list, the other players being Domenico Trivelli, Margherita Fiorilli. Antonia Cavallucci, Pietro Masciolini, and Anna Cavallucci. The address is printed on the verso of the title-page and signed A2; page [3] is blank, with the cast list printed on p. [4]. A 'farsetta' in fourteen scenes, of which no other copy has been traced.
Copy Notes Stitched in at the end of Vita, e miracoli di Santa Rosalia, 1693 (q.v.), evidently after the earlier work was bound, as it is stitched through the inner cartonnage cover.
Binding C17th cartonnage, spine-title lettered in ink in the Spanish style, with a secondary outer cover of vellum-covered cartonnage with spine-title similarly lettered in ink.
