Pamphlet. The introductory text and catalogue are confined solely to the 'Designs for Completing King's College' and the exhibition itself did not include the successful drawings '... the artists themselves declined the opportunity'. The King's College competition was won by William Wilkins. The 'Instructions' regarding the designs for London Bridge are signed by 'R.F. Newman, Comptroller of the Bridge-House Estates. The commission for rebuilding London Bridge did not go to any of the ten competitors; instead the bridge was built by Sir John Rennie to his late father's design. BAL, Early printed books, no. 1008.

Binding Copy 1: C19 half calf, gilt double-rule spine, black spine-label, gilt-lettered 'Parish of Chertsey', marbled-paper boards. Bound by Edwin Hutchinson for 2s. 6d., 28 February 1832. (Archive 7/16/29 book binding, half russia).
Copy 2: C19th half brown morocco-grained cloth, grey paper boards, gilt-lettered spine title. Numbered '87' in a series of sale catalogue volumes.
