A re-issue of the unsold sheets of the 1726 edition (q.v.) with the omission of Leoni's 'Some Designs', and the text and plates of the third volume of the original edition forming part of vol. II. With an additional title-page in Italian. ESTC n55084.

Copy Notes Copy 1: With one folded sheet (watermark 1811) bearing subject references in ink in Soane's hand corresponding to pencil marks of emphasis in the text, loosely inserted before the frontispiece and containing a folded sheet of blotting paper.
Copy 2: 44.6 cm. Purchased at Lord Lyttelton's sale, Macartney House, Blackheath, 1-6 July 1823 (q.v.), 4th day, lot 29 for £1.10s. with a copy of Sturt's edition of Pozzo's Perspectiva pictorum et architectorum, 1707 (q.v., copy 2). (Soane Jnl, 11 July 1823).

Binding Copy 1: C18th half calf, marbled-paper boards, gilt-tooled spine, black morocco spine-label. Bound in one volume.
Copy 2: C18th calf, gilt double-ruled borders and spine, red morocco spine-labels. Bound in one volume.
