The final leaf is blank. There are two copies of this pamphlet in the Soane Museum. The first, representing an earlier version, has emendations in manuscript which have been corrected in the second copy.
Copy Notes Copy 1: With MS. emendations in ink on pages [3] and 5.
Copy 2: A later version incorporating the emendations.
Binding Both copies bound in the same volume of a numbered series of late 19th century half calf pamphlet volumes. (Archive, Trustees' Minutes 18 June 1866). With binder's stamp 'Bound By Mansell' on front pastedown.
