Drop-head title. Dated 'May, 1827.'. A circular issued by the Baptist Society for Ireland (founded 1814) soliciting contributions for the establishment of Free Schools. The Rev. Stephen Davis of Clonmel was chairman of the fundraising committee.
Copy Notes Pamphlet-bound with A humble plea for the Bible, [n.d.] (q.v.) and two hymns by 'S.D.' of Clonmel (q.v.), presumably Stephen Davis.
