A continuation of C.F. Menestrier, Symbolica Dianae Ephesiae, 1657 (q.v.) with which the Soane copy is bound, containing the description of coins illustrated in the plates numbered as fol. 75--80. Includes a letter from Lucas Holstenius to Cardinal Franciscus Barberinus, pp. 21--28 (sig. C); the word 'Finis' on page 18 is evidence of an earlier issue having appeared without the addition of sig. C. Both these ancillary works were later issued with the second edition of Symbolica Dianae Ephesiae, 1688. The plates are numbered consecutively with the pagination, which omits pp. 19--20. Leaf B4 (pp. [19--20]) is a blank, lacking in the Soane copy. COPAC reports placing of the four pages of 'Apum Auspicia' (sig. ²A²) at the end.
