Volume I has sixteen plates each bearing two impressions (including some repetitions, e.g. lower copper on plates facing pp. 107, 181 and 259); volume II has three such plates.

Copy Notes Bought from Priestley & Weale with Bonanni's Numismata summorum pontificum templi Vaticani fabricam indicantia, 1696 (q.v.), uniformly bound as a three-volume set, for 10 guineas on 24 May 1826. (Priv. Corr. XVI.E.6.9). Twelve plates from the latter work have been misbound in vol. I of this copy. With Priestley & Weale's pink printed label pasted in on front paste-down of each volume.

Binding C18th red morocco, gilt triple-rule borders, gilt-tooled spines with fleurs-de-lys and cypher of interlaced C's surmounted by an earl or count's coronet, gilt fore-edges. Uniformly bound with Bonanni's Numismata summorum pontificum templi Vaticani fabricam indicantia, 1696 (q.v.).
