Huzard-Courcier's imprint appears on the verso of the half-title. The plates, all double-page, are sometimes bound separately.

Copy Notes A copy in 'two volumes quarto' was purchased in 1831 from Priestley and Weale's Catalogue of books on architecture, 1831 (q.v.), item 54, '£3.3s. But there is are also references to a purchase in 1830 for £2 5s. (Priv. Corr.XVI.E.7.10), and to a copy of 'Borgnis Traité d'Architecture 2 toms Qto' from T. & W. Boone on 6 May 1823 for £2 14s.(Priv. Corr.XVI.E.5.5). Neither of the two copies in Soane's library can be securely identified with one of these recorded purchases.
Copy 1: Imperfect; wanting the half-title.
Copy 2: Text only, uncut and unopened. With 'Extrait Du Catalogue Des livres qui se trouvent chez Bachelier' dated 'Avril 1822', inserted at end (q.v.). Half-title inscribed in pencil with price 3. 0 0.
