Lithographically printed facsimile of a hand-written letter with the sum that Soane had 'already insured in this office' (£1900) and the signature of Mr. Helps, the company secretary, inserted in manuscript; and accompanying a printed statement of the resolutions approved and adopted by the meetings (q.v.). The second leaf is blank.

Copy Notes Formerly folded into an envelope to accompany the 'Resolutions approved and adopted ...' (q.v.). Page [4] inscribed in ink John Soane Esq / Lincolns Inn Fields. The two items bound (22 and 22*) in a collection of pamphlets.

Binding C19th maroon goatskin, blind-ruled borders and spine, marbled-paper boards. Numbered '111' in a series of pamphlet volumes.
