First published in 1805 as part of The works of the late Edward Dayes (q.v.), edited and published by E.W. Brayley to benefit Dayes's widow after his suicide the previous year. The present edition has been revised as a travel guide and includes four new plates; the lettering of the title-plate has been altered. BAL, Early printed books, no. 3813.

Copy Notes Deckle edges. With A catalogue of topographical, antiquarian, and miscellaneous books, published by John Nichols and Son, 4 p. (q.v.) bound in at front.

Binding Original C19th full pink paper boards, printed paper spine-label reading 'Dayes's Tour In Yorkshire And Derbyshire.'
