With imprimatur on title-page verso dated March 25, 1715. The final leaf of the main text contains a list of books published by Richard Clements. The work on trigonometry has separate pagination and register, and a separate title-page with the imprint of Richard Clements dated 1723, reading 'Trigonometriæ Planæ & Sphæricæ Elementa. ...' Three of the illustrations have moving flaps tipped-on as overlays. ESTC t147299.
Copy Notes Inscribed in ink on front paste-down Ex Libris with the name erased and below it E. Cole, and in another hand (?) Ch=Ch=. Also inscribed in pencil with the number 4366 which is also lettered in ink on the spine. The rear paste-down has four rough outlines in pencil of a human profile. This copy lacks the advertisement leaf after p. 76 (of the work on trigonometry?) called for in ESTC.
Binding C18th sprinkled calf, blind-ruled borders, roll-tooled in blind along the spine, tan morocco spine label.
