Drop-head title, pp. [2] & [4] blank. No watermark. In this later version of his prospectus (first issued probably in late 1831, q.v.), Goodwin raises the subscription price to 2 guineas per part, omits the mention of his draughtsmen Martin and Allom, and gives a shorter list of the publishers and booksellers taking in subscribers' names. He also gives as his office address '21, King Street, Portman Square' (as opposed to '29, Francis Street, Bedford Square'). The first volume appeared in 1833 with a dedication to Soane and the second volume the following year (q.v.).
