Copy Notes Imperfect; wanting the half-title. Bound (2) with three other pamphlets.

Binding Early C19th half calf, gilt double-ruled spine, red spine-label lettered 'Plaisterers Bill &c.', marbled-paper boards (printer's waste). Bound by Edward Lawrence in 1802 for 1s. 6d. (Spiers Box). Later numbered '95' in a series of pamphlet volumes.
