First edition 1704. The Soane copy of the seventh edition is the only one traced. Gathered in fours, with horizontal chain lines and the watermarks at the middle fore-edge of leaves 3 and 4. The final leaf (2A4) advertises books printed for T. Longman.

Binding C18th sprinkled sheep, gilt double-rule borders.
