Engraved throughout. Drop-head title from p. [2]; p. [3] blank. Watermark: PINE SMITH & ALLNUTT 1813. With illustration of 'Cottage Grate with Oven and Boiler' on p. [1] and of 'Warm, Cold and Vapour Baths' on p. [4], the latter constructed 'Upon the plan recommended by the Honble. Bazil Cochrane.'

Binding C19th half dark green roan, blind double-ruled borders, marbled-paper boards, gilt double-rule spine direct-lettered in gilt 'Barry's Letter &c'. Bound by Edwin Hutchinson, 13 January 1831 for 6s. (Archive 7/15/8). Later numbered '48' in a series of pamphlet volumes.
