A series of unnumbered plates published without a collective title. They are dated between 1 January 1790 and 30 December 1791, and most bear the imprint of 'M.A. Taylor' - i.e. Michael Angelo Taylor, the architect's only son. The Soane copy is supplied with a manuscript title as above, in imitation of an engraved calligraphic title-plate. Twenty of Malton's original drawings, including eleven that were exhibited by him at the Royal Academy between 1784 and 1799, are in the Ashmolean Museum, Oxford - see Ashmolean Museum, Catalogue of the collection of drawings, vol. IV (1982), pp.451--57, nos. 1330--49.
