There are five full page illustrations numbered tab. 33--37, continuing the sequence of the plates in the Theatrum basilicæ Pisanæ, and three smaller unnumbered illustrations (1 engr., 2 wdcut). With a printed note bearing the date 1725 pasted in on p. 119, and other small cancels throughout text; there are also alterations to the pagination and catchwords of the early leaves. The Soane copy resembled the British Library copy (664.h.12) as described in BAL Early printed books, no. 2075.

Copy Notes Bound (2) with Theatrum basilicæ Pisanæ, 1705 (q.v.). Bought from Priestley and Weale for £2. 10s. on 24 May 1826 (Priv. Corr. XVI.E.6.9).
