Copy Notes Inscribed in ink on drop-head title: Lord Mendip's sale / May 18: 1802. Annotated in pencil with prices and indications of Soane's purchases. Bound in a collection of sale catalogues, 1784 to 1823. The title-page and conjugate final blank leaf bound separately as Priv. Corr.XVI.E.1.3 and endorsed in ink on the final page with a note of the payment for sundries bought, after a note of Soane's purchases at the sale totalling £76 6s. 6d., signed R Jaubert (Priv. Corr.XVI.E.1.2).

Binding Recent half goatskin, binder's cloth boards. Numbered '1' in a series of sale catalogue volumes.
