First edition with a dedication to the president and council of the Royal Academy dated 'Dublin, Dec. 2, 1769'. A 'New Edition' was published in 1797, and augmented with a 'Supplement' in 1798 (q.v.). ESTC t144419.

Binding C18th tree calf, gilt roll-tool borders, gilt-tooled spine with dove motifs, green morocco spine-labels.
