With an Epistle Dedicatory, addressed to the 'Justices and Barons appointed by Act of Parliament, for determination of differences touching houses burnt down or demolished by reason of the late Fire in London'. The title-page is engraved and bound between A1 (blank) and A2 (dedication). ESTC r24068.
