Drop-head title. With the 'Address' dated at end 'Brook Street, Grosvenor Square, Jan.16, 1826.' Verso of second leaf blank. An earlier version of this prospectus was dated May 9, 1825 (q.v.); in this revised prospectus the idea of publishing a nationwide survey 'by counties' has been dropped in favour of a projected monographic coverage of forty 'princely Mansions', each to be available independently as well as part of a series.
