With a half-title. Written pseudonymously by the painter Patrick Gibson (see ODNB) in support of the Associated Artists' attempts to gain the right to vote at meetings of the Institution.
Binding C19th half calf, marbled-paper boards, gilt double-rule spine, black spine-label lettered 'Statement Of Facts &c &c &c'., numbered '22' in a series of pamphlet volumes.
