First published in Colchester and reissued in London c. 1733. (For a discussion of the first edition, see BAL Early printed books, no. 2884.) A 'second edition' also appeared in 1737, revised and corrected by E. Hoppus. The 9th and last edition appeared in 1774. With a bookseller's advertisement facing the title-page. ESTC n28318.
