A reply to James Miller's anonymously published invective against Sir Robert Walpole Are these things so?, 1740, (q.v.) on account of the Convention of Pardo, 1739. ESTC n25299; Foxon S654.

Copy Notes Previously folded. Bound (6) with Are these things so? in a collection of satirical pamphlets, chiefly in verse, including several further in the exchange over Walpole; the front pastedown inscribed in ink H Lushington 1766.

Binding C18th quarter pigskin (?), marbled-paper boards, red morocco spine-label gilt-lettered 'Miscellaneous Poems'. Numbered '62' in a series of pamphlet volumes.
