First published in Dublin in 1723. The imprint reading: Dublin: printed M.DCC.XXIII. London: re-printed for E. Cave, at St John's Gate. M.DCC.XLV. Edition statement from the half-title, the verso of which contains an advertisement for the present volume 'the first impression being become very scarce' as 'a new, and much cheaper edition, which is printed in quarto, to accommodate those who shall think fit to bind it up with the Miscellanea Curiosa Mathematica' (published by Cave. The 2 final leaves contain the appendix and a list of books published by Edward Cave, [1745]--1755. Vertical chain lines. ESTC t128089.
