Half-sheet, folded, conjugate leaf blank. Drop-head title. With a list of subscribers on p.2. Thompson's map, which was to show the houses 'separately and distinctly marked' to a scale of twenty inches to one mile, is announced here as 'in a very advanced state of readiness'. The price to subscribers was to be £1 11s. 6d. in sheets, 2 guineas 'Mounted in a Case', or £2 12s. 6d. 'on Roller, and Varnished'. These prices were to be increased by 10s. 6d. for all copies sold after publication.
