The first part consists of an historical memoir, the second is the Trattato. With an engraved title-page vignette and head-piece to the 'Memorie Storiche'. The final leaf contains the errata. Soane also owned editions in English (q.v.) and French (q.v.).
Copy Notes Bought from T. & W. Boone for 15s. on 10 December 1822. (Priv. Corr. XVI.E.4.7).
Binding C19th 'catspaw' calf, gilt triple-rule borders, gilt-tooled spine, green morocco spine-label. Bound by T. & W. Boone for 6s. at the time of purchase on 10 December 1822. (Priv. Corr. XVI.E.4.7).
