The dedication is headed 'Henricvs Stephanvs', i.e. the French printer and classical scholar Henri Estienne. Imprint at the end of the preface 'Ex Typographiâ Clavdii Grivet. 1662'. Greek and Latin in parallel columns. Includes a life of Isocrates.

Copy Notes Ownership inscription in ink of Mountague on the front free-endpaper. Bought from Thomas Boone for 1s. 6d., 4 March 1807. (Spiers Box). With Boone's price and codes in pencil on the front free-endpaper.

Binding C17th sheep, blind double-ruled borders with additional blind fillet parallel to spine, gilt-tooled spine compartments, red morocco spine-label.
