Copy Notes Bound (4) in a volume of miscellaneous pamphlets retaining the front part of the original blue paper wrappers, on which is inscribed Robert Fellowes Esq / M.P. for Norwich // With / Sir John Sinclairs / best Compts. Robert Fellowes (d. 1829) was an old friend of Soane's and an early patron for whom Soane designed Shotesham hall, Norfolk. Sinclair's pamphlet was presumably given to Soane by Fellowes.
Binding C19th blue paper boards, brown paper spine lettered in ink 'Miscell:/ Pamphlets// Ramsay's/ Lectures// Keate's/ Observations// C/ Management/ of Houses of/ Correction. &c./ D'. Later numbered '88' in a series of pamphlet volumes.
