Copy Notes Probably the copy bought from John Britton for £1 5s. on 21 December 1816. (Priv. Corr. XVI.E.3.3). Inscribed in pencil on front 2^£ 5^s 0^D with '2' possibly corrected to '1', and with a bookseller's cipher(?).

Binding C19th full calf, blind roll-tooled and ruled and gilt-ruled thick-thin borders, blind and gilt-tooled spine, gilt-tooled turn-in, marbled edges.
