First published in 1819. The plates were drawn by Charles Eastlake who accompanied the author (later Lady Maria Callcott) and her first husband, Capt. Thomas Graham RN (d. 1822) on their travels in the Roman Campagna.
Copy Notes Uncut. Bound (2) with a Prospectus of a uniform edition of the complete works of the Right Rev. Jeremy Taylor, 1820 (q.v.).
Binding C19th original blue paper-covered boards backed in brown paper, printed paper spine-label.
