A translation of Misson's compilation first published as Le théâtre sacré des Cevennes, London, 1707. The first edition in English had appeared in the same year. The author's espousal of the 'French prophets' was the butt of several critical and satirical pamphlets. ESTC t34465.

Copy Notes Bound after The prophetical warnings of John Lacy, 1707 (q.v.) with four other pamphlets on the subject of prophesy published in 1708 and 1709 (q.v.; q.v.; q.v.; q.v.).

Binding C18th blue paper boards, paper spine-label lettered in ink 'Prophetical / Warnings'. Later numbered '38' in a series of pamphlet volumes.
