Imprint from p. [27]. The monument was erected to designs by Matthew Cotes Wyatt (1777--1862) and was his first public commission.

Copy Notes Bound in a volume of pamphlets.

Binding C19th half calf, marbled-paper boards, gilt double-rule spine, black spine-label lettered 'Ainger On The Building Act &c &c'., later numbered '26' in a series of pamphlet volumes.
