The inclusion of Joseph Halfpenny's Gothic ornaments of the Cathedral Church of York described as 'Publishing in numbers', the last of which appeared in 1800, provides an ante quem date for Taylor's catalogue. ESTC n47955.
Copy Notes Three copies, bound as issued after each of Soane's three copies of D. Laing, Hints for dwellings, 1800 (q.v.), with the foot of the small folio bifolium folded to fit.
Binding Copy 1: Early C19th quarter white paper, marbled-paper boards, printed red paper spine-label.
