Thomas Thorpe was a bookseller, of Bedford Street, Covent Garden, subsequently No. 178, Piccadilly. The final page advertises Evans's forthcoming sale (on 2--4 March 1826) of Thorpe's collection of manuscripts (q.v.). BM, English book sales 1676--1900, p. 163.
