Dr Thornton's edition of Virgil's Bucolics was published in 1812. The price bound was 8 shillings. It was also available with 'several Hundred Wood-Cuts of the finest execution (most of the ideas of Virgil being pictured)' for 12 shillings; these were also for sale separately for 4 shillings.
