House of Commons 258. At head of title: '(Office of Works.)'. Soane was apppointed one of three 'Attached Architects' to the Office of Works in 1813, joint with John Nash and Robert Smirke, subsequent to its reorganization.

Copy Notes Copy 1: Inscribed in ink on title-page John Soane. Bound (1) in a volume of parliamentary reports on the Office of Works, 1813--1831, retaining upper printed blue paper wrapper.
Copy 2: 35.3 cm. Inscribed in ink on title-page John Soane / 8 Sept: 1814. Upper wrapper inscribed in pencil Duplicate in the hand of A.T. Bolton, seventh curator of the Museum.
Copy 3: 35.4 cm. With Soane's spade-shield bookplate. Upper wrapper inscribed in pencil Duplicate in the hand of A.T. Bolton, seventh curator of the Museum.
