Soane designed and built the new State Paper Office in Duke Street, Westminster, 1829--1833.

Copy Notes Copy 1: Inscribed by Soane in ink on p. 5 Recd from Mr Lemon / Monday 19th. April 1830 [i.e. Robert Lemon of the State Paper Office], and annotation in his hand on p. 7 against section 8 on the State Paper Office, containing a chronology of his submission of plans and drawings. Inscription in ink in another hand on p. 6 giving Mr Soane's Estimate. Bound (4) in a volume of parliamentary reports on the Office of Works, 1813--1831.
