Copy Notes Pencil marking against paragraph V. on p. 4 referring to 'Mr Nash' as lessee of the Crown whilst acting as its agent and surveyor. Bound (1) with a printed Copy of the lease granted to ... the late Duke of York, of the site of Godolphin House, 1827 (q.v.), retaining original upper blue paper wrapper reading 'Report: Crown Leases. Ordered, ...'.

Binding C20th blue cloth, gilt-lettered spine.
