Issued in twelve parts. Title from part 2 title-page; part 1 has title 'Preliminary Papers ...'; subsequent parts have title 'Further Papers ...'. A Bill for effecting an Arrangement with the the India Company, and for the better Government of His Majesty's Indian Territories is reproduced on pp. 270--304 (in pt. 7) and again A Bill (as passed by ... the House of Commons) for effecting an Arrangement with the East-India Company, and for the better Government of His Majesty's Indian Territories. (27th July 1833) on pp. 407--443 (in pt. 10). Soane's architectural and proprietorial interests in the East India Company are indicated extensively in G. Darley, John Soane, an accidental architect, 1999, pp. 131-133 etc.
