Anonymous. By the physician and antiquary Sir Thomas Browne. The title-page ([πA2])is engraved. Two unauthorised editions of Religio medici appeared in 1642; the first authorised and revised edition was published in 1643. Browne's wide-ranging exploration of religious thought went through some twenty editions in his lifetime and was translated into Latin, Dutch, French, German, and Italian.
