Edited by Alexander Bicknell. First published earlier in 1785. A sixth volume (q.v.) was issued separately in 1785, and was added to various editions to complete the work. John Calcraft was the father of two of Bellamy's children. Includes an index in vol. V. ESTC t75976.

Copy Notes Imperfect; wanting the half-titles. Bound as a set with volume VI (q.v.). The volume III title-page is torn with loss of the first three lines of the title, and the lacuna repaired by the attachment to the title-page of page 1, which is torn with loss of the bottom two thirds of the leaf.

Binding C19th half dark blue roan, blind double-ruled border, marbled-paper boards, gilt double-ruled spines, gilt-lettered. Bound by Edwin Hutchinson for 7s. 6d., 17 December 1830. (Archives 7/15/8).
